Position: Store Manager (SUNCHAIN Tanning Center)
Hours: Full Time
Location: Arizona (Tempe - Scottsdale - Mesa - Phoenix - Chandler)
Salary: Starting at $28k w/bonus package
Position
Summary:
This position will participate, coordinate and oversee the
daily activities required of operating a newly established
indoor tanning center. This position will be responsible for
meeting or exceeding growth goals by hiring, training, motivating,
and maintaining the necessary sales staff. Focuses will be
on; Customer Satisfaction, Operational Standards, Building
the Business, Team Development, and Operational Budget. This
position will also oversee marketing activities in order to
generate sufficient customer traffic to meet or exceed sales
goals. Compensation will include quarterly bonuses and will
be directly related to results.
