Sales Representative
Established security equipment, supplier, and contractor for
the Self-Storage Industry is seeking professional sales
representative to cover Oregon, Washington, and California. The
majority of the position will be inside sales, and some outside
sales for Oregon and Washington. Candidate must be able to use
Excel, Word, and Quickbooks database manangement software. Ideal
candidate will have either Security Sales experience or sales in
the Self-Storage Industry. We offer a full benefit package, plus
monthly car allowance. Wage is 24K with commissions.

HELP WANTED
Location: Dale Street Storage, Buena Park, CA
Job Description
Take tenants through every step of rental process, fill out
contact, inform of rule of property, record tenant information
property and effectively, inform of payment schedules, show
units, answer questions in all facets of rental and agreements.
Manage/Supervise at least one employee
Perform site maintenance, repair and general property
cleanliness
Perform collections on past due tenants
Perform site auctions for tenants in lien
Perform daily deposits and petty cash reconciliation
Create and implement marketing plans including but not
limited to, placing ads, designing signs, planning promotions
all of which are integral to bringing in business
Skills and Abilities
Display considerable customer service skills necessary in
running a business of this nature
Ability of work with varying facets of society and management
Problem solving skills with ability to recommend a course of
action.
Enthusiastic about implementing policies from others
Technical skills necessary to effectively run an office, Skills
preferred but not required are Microsoft Office Applications
(Word, Excel, Outlook), office machinery (fax machine, copier,
multi line phone, digital camera, DSL, Router), and self storage
programs such as Centershift self storage software, PTI gate
software, Electric Eye Security, outdoor lighting controls, and
digital video recorder.
